Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused items in their original condition. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels attached. The product must not have been used, assembled, or modified in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns due to change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
